You can send Collectrite your accounts for collection. If you already have a contract signed with us or are a new client feel free to send us your accounts and we will contact you to discuss a collection strategy that will help you recover your lost income. You can attach your files in either a report format or in a delimited file such as a .csv or Excel Spreadsheet. If you have any questions on formats you can contact our IT department at support@collectrite.com
